• Max. Center to Center : 2000mm (Tempered Glass/Acryl Tube) or 5000mm (Teflon tube)
• Glass tube length : C to C-17mm
• Visible length : C to C-150mm

Type KB5 level gauge is used transparent glass tube of which outside diameter is 18mm. Tempered glass, Acryl tube or Teflon tube can be used according to the operating condition.

As the glass tubes are usually found maximum standard length of about 2000mm, when the center to center distance is longer then this size, the installation of several, cascade disposed level gauges or the application of an intermediate support with packing box are necessary.

To protect the glass tube against shocks we supply on request - U shaped metallic protector to be fixed to the union box gland.

When ordering a level gauge please state:

• Center to center distance (C to C)
• Size and Finishing of connections (Flange, 3/4" NPT, Union etc.)
• Standard(KS, JIS, ANSI, JPI, etc.)
• Pressure class

Instead of flanges, connection can be delivered with threaded ends as 3/4" NPT, union. The other standard and size are on request.

KB5 gauge is fitted with glass tubes having 18mm outside diameter and length equal to the distance of center to center minus 17mm.

We recommend to use support fitting for gauge over 2000mm longer.
